![]() ![]() I have been increasingly irritated by the "suspected commercial use" messages and being cut off my session very quickly. i am a loyal customer for more than 10 years that way, the wait might be longer but at least i can reach out for help i work 7 days a week at any given time except 4am-8am. trim down your employees to 1% of normal operating hour and see the # of calls come in. my suggestion to teamviewer is to provide 24/7 customer service. i don't understand in this age and time, teamviewer shuts down like we are in the middle ages yet provide easy to use remote connection service. but one thing i am not too happy about is that you would be out of luck to reach customer service after hours or any weekends. ![]() if it was logmein, i probably had to wait 10-15 minutes or longer now i am a happy camper again. all my customers were lighted up in blue but the connection was not successful. I talked to Mike who told me to click: connect, exit teamviewer and then click on the teamviewer icon to restart. my wait was about 3-5 minutes, transfer one time. ![]()
